  • The ARG team bring 85 years of transaction, financial and structuring experience and a collective breadth and depth in all elements of M&A to successfully complete value enhancing transactions for its clients and other stakeholders.
  • As an example, ARG project managed and developed the $188 million Calliope Accommodation Village in Gladstone, one of Australia’s premier accommodation villages servicing a wide client base, including Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal consortium. This transaction was one of the first third party divestments of this asset class and represents a unique precedent transaction involving many key characteristics.
